After retirement of Mr. B.P. Joshi, Group Captain P. K. Rai took up office as Principal of Sanskar International School™ functioning under Sanskar International School™ Society on 1st of March 2008. He was lecturer in Govt. P.G. Degree College under Sagar university, Madhya Pradesh and had taught Graduates and Post Graduates. Immediately, after the Chinese aggression in 1962, he joined the Indian Air Force and was commissioned in the Education Branch. He has been in the Management Committee of the Kendriya Vidyalaya of many Air Force Stations. He also worked as Deputy Director Education in Air Head Quarters, New Delhi and was associated with reputed Air Force Schools of Delhi. He also visited and studied the working of Old Field School and Edward Bekham School, London. In Addition, to advantage of the school, he has been an outstanding sports man having represented Universities and Indian Air Force in Cricket and Athletics. His passion for teaching, administrative skills and handling of school affairs with a human touch will give a sure growth to the school.
Mrs. Shailja Saxena has been in education for more than three decades. She has demonstrated a steady professional growth at the school level education - starting as a PGT to Head of Department to Academic Co-ordinator to Vice Principal and finally at the level of Principal of school.
Mrs. Saxena has a wide range of experience as teacher & HOD at more than seven leading schools of Dehradun, just to name a few like; Bright lands, Summer Valley, The Aryan School, etc., since 1989.
She had a stint with the University and college level teaching at the University of technology & management and St. Peter's College, Shillong, during 2014 to 2018.
Besides regular teaching & academic administration, she has been actively involved with the associated professional responsibilities and activities. Mrs. Saxena has been the Co-ordinator, Examiner and Supervisor for ISC and ICSE Board Examinations. As Chair-Person of session in 'International conference on Causes and Mitigation of Green House Effect and Global Warming' at Synod College, Shillong. Participated and presented a paper on Greening Meghalaya on the Environment Day in 2016, and won the best innovative idea award for the paper.
She has also co-authored a book "Development Biology" for the graduate students, published by GPH, New Delhi. The book was launched during the World Book Fare, held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, February 2015.
Lately, she has been working as Principal, Mt. Litera Zee School, Bhaniyawala, Dehradun and presently as the Principal, Sanskar International School, Badripur, Dehradun.
